Fusion Art Announces the Winners of the 7th Annual Colorful Abstractions Art Exhibition

Palm Springs, CA, USA – November 8, 2021 – Fusion Art is pleased to announce the opening of the 7th Annual Colorful Abstractions International Art Exhibition. The exhibition is now available for viewing on the Fusion Art website and features awards in three categories: Traditional Art, Digital Art & Photography and 3-Dimensional Art.

For this exhibition, both 2D and 3D artists, worldwide, were invited to submit their best art and photography using Colorful Abstractions & the nuanced shades in between. All artists, regardless of location or experience, were encouraged to submit their work in any media.

The 7th Annual Colorful Abstractions Best in Show winners are George Casprowitz for his acrylic on paper collage, “Alter Ego”, Gabriele Gracine for her digital art, “Travel On” and Brian Mark for his alabaster sculpture, “Byron”. George, Gabrielle and Brian are Fusion Art’s Featured Artists for the month of November 2021 and, as the Best in Show winners, all three artists are invited to participate in Fusion Art’s Annual Group Show in Palm Springs, California in March 2022.

Other award winners include Second Place winners, Michael Kwong, Elise Grindle and Ed Whitmore. Third Place awards were given to Donna Miller Haggerty, Lynne Deutch and Lydia Chadwick. Fourth Place awards were given to Jordan Gidley and Roxy. Fifth Place awards were given to Shaun C. Whiteside and John H Diephouse.

Rounding out the awards for the exhibition are twelve Honorable Mention winners. Honorable Mention awards in the Traditional Art category were given to Linda McCord, Cocoa Huang, Tito Badajos, Celine Chan, Aleksandra Geremia and Rebecca Horne.

Honorable Mention awards in the Photography & Digital category were given to Y. Hope Osborn, Lee Balan, Andrew Wulf, Miguel de Melo, Barbara Mierau-Klein and Julie Markes.

The remaining finalists in the exhibition all exemplified uniquely creative talents and we are honored to showcase their artwork on the Fusion Art website.

The international competition received a diverse collection of quality artwork from artists all around the world, including the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, India, Italy, France, Saudi Arabia, China, Poland, Latvia, Monaco, Hong Kong, Malaysia and the Philippines. Overall, the gallery judged 419 entries and accepted 157 artworks into the exhibition, which will be featured on the website for the month of November.

Founded by Award winning artist, Chris and Valerie Hoffman, Fusion Art was envisioned and formed out of a passion for art and the artists who create it. The website promotes and connects new, emerging and established artists with collectors and art enthusiasts, while offering the opportunity to participate in art competitions, exhibitions and experiences.

Each month and quarter Fusion Art hosts uniquely themed solo and group art competitions and exhibitions.
